In addition to publishing texts, Mr. Augello provided the following legal services to the transportation community and the legal community on domestic U.S. and International transportation and logistics matters (all modes). His practice was restricted to freight transportation matters involving interstate and foreign commerce, and practice before the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Surface Transportation Board (STB), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA); Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) and the National Motor Freight Classification Committee (NMFC).
